yeah i checked tgs twitter the info about lou was there i just couldn't find anything about him actually being on re entry, kudos everbody


but- i believe if he was claimed by us his cap hit would be prorated for the rest of the season so thats where eck gets off trying to look like he knows something

probably so but he also has another year left at $5,400,000 and to be honest from what I've heard about his play in the minors i'm not sure he's worth half of that.

exactly i'd assume if it were to really happen he'd be getting buried in the minors again next year anyway and maybe MAYBE playing as a 6th d man sparingly for the rest of this season

could see that maybe but Lou said no I think ecks only angle was that he was a former dev.To be honest I'm more interested in how the next few games go and what Arnott wants to do.Dont want to see him go but if he does choose to brad richards possible concussion may have risen arnotts stock a little.Personally I am happier with winning and arnott staying put.

To be honest when JJ was called back up I initially thought Arnie may have made up his mind.But if his effort in the past 2 games means anything I'm not sold Arnott wants out yet.That diving play to clear the zone was huge.

I'd love to see Arnott stay. He is a great leader and for teds, zharkov and jj to be around that guy in the locker room, practices, on the road etc... they will benefit tremendously imo.

Playoffs wont happen BUT got damn if we somehow get in it will be one of the greatest feats in history
