Pretty devastating loss for Boston. Two double digit leads blown in two consecutive games for 2 big playoff losses.

I was thinking to myself at halftime of this one... the C's figured things out, and stopped giving away easy shots at the rim to Miami.

Then Bam got lay up after dunk after lay up after dunk with Miami using relatively basic pick-and-roll action... that the C's (a good defensive team) inexplicably forgot how to defend. Inexcusable.

Inexcusable.

Beyond that, Miami plays tough and is a well-coached team. No doubt.

But a zone defense should not be that effective against a good team.

Brad Stevens got some work to do... and a reputation to salvage. This is on the coach to turn things around.

but zones have hurt the Celtics all year. This isn’t that surprising.

it’s more surprising team with defenders like iggy and butler would go zone. But it also hides herro and Robinson
