Thanks.

He hasn't stood for anything since 2023I can’t stand Bobby Knight or anything that he stands for.
I mean unless you were a real scumbag after you die I try to remember the good things. He hasn't stood for anything since 2023
“Just like that mother fucker…"He hasn't stood for anything since 2023
I think that’s true of Paul George and Russ. I think Harden wanted to come back but OKC decided to part ways. I think they decided to trade Chris Paul.No doubt deserve a ton of props but to be fair didn't they often trade the stars because they demanded to be traded or at least asked?
The best point here is that Rudy has been this guy for a long time and he’s wasted summers. Add something to your offensive game. He hasn’t added anything.
No one can stop you from thinking the Sixers would have done things as well as Presti did, but it's not a great lookI’m going to make it about me because I’m an asshole. The Thunder are about to prove that the Process (shedding veterans, losing games, and stock piling assets) works by winning an NBA title. I’ll go to my grave thinking two things:
1. The NBA steamrolled Josh Harris who rolled over like a bitch and let them fire their GM.
2. This set the Sixers down the Colangelo and then Morey paths and they have each screwed the pooch.
Fuck Josh Harris for being a wishy washy bitch.
I didn’t even comment on him. He’s done a tremendous job. The Sixers did a terrible job with mistake after mistake. My comment was about the tactic of tanking is that it’s a winning tactic. The Thunder are going to prove that.No one can stop you from thinking the Sixers would have done things as well as Presti did, but it's not a great look
Chet is the guy through the bad season draft, Jdub was like a 13 pick but he was a Clippers pick. I mean I guess Giddey at 6 or 7 turned into Caruso.I didn’t even comment on him. I’ve had basketball fans tell me that I’m less than as a sports fan because I rooted for my team to tank and lose games. My argument was that it takes a vision of denied gratification for a big swing. On the other side, you have the Pacers method. Hang out and be patient as a perennial 4-8 seed not bad enough for the top of the lottery but not good enough to contend. It will be a fun Finals to see which method prevails.
My money is on the team that stockpiled 3 potential All Stars and depth through tanking.
It’s asset accumulation at a tremendous level.Chet is the guy through the bad season draft, Jdub was like a 13 pick but he was a Clippers pick. I mean I guess Giddey at 6 or 7 turned into Caruso.
Some luck involved for sure. I mean it was widely believed all those picks would have to be used to get them over the top. Looks like it is possible at least with what they have but also with the 2nd apron being added those picks are now very valuable to keep less expensive talent rotating through. Things have fallen in place, but they still have to win 4 more. It’s asset accumulation at a tremendous level.

Expecting a kid to mature is not a massive leap. Ant has shown he puts in work where he needs to be his best self. I don't think it would be a shock for him to grow into leadership as well. They of course still need some sort of veteran presence, the team is young, I don't think they need on that needs minutes though. Hell, they could make Conley an assistant coach and get all of his greatest value out of him.
The best point here is that Rudy has been this guy for a long time and he’s wasted summers. Add something to your offensive game. He hasn’t added anything.
Why can’t he do what Mitchell Robinson does and in the dunker role just be a constant perpetual motion guy trying to be a pest on the offensive glass? He is a complete zero offensivelyIt's not like the team looks to him for offense. He only gets 8 shots per game, and how many of those are put backs? On this roster, he's barely a part of the offense by default.
Yeah assumed that was true of Harden and just didn't want to pay him along with the others.I think that’s true of Paul George and Russ. I think Harden wanted to come back but OKC decided to part ways. I think they decided to trade Chris Paul.
