It will be near 250-200 by the season ends... maybe even better for the East.

I think what is worse is that while I agree with his premise, I am pretty sure he is factually incorrect. I think the conferences are closer (might even be dead even). And, of course, we get an extreme comment that the East is "far better".

The funny thing is, who actually cares which conference is stronger?

Is there some kind of bonus or "Best Conference" banner that teams get to hang?

Does the banner that the champions hang have a "best or worst conference" disclaimer on it?

Last I checked, the only thing that matters is which team wins the championship regardless of which conference they play in.

The Bucks are targeting 70 wins this season, they won't give games away to load manage and try things in the rotation like they did last season, after they secured the best record in the league...

They know that the Lakers circus is playing against "garbage" and therefore won't let them to end up with a better record this season, thus risking a home advantage in the finals (if Lakers come out of the WCF) like they did last season on games with far inferior teams like the Suns or the Hawks or the Knicks...
