The club announced earlier today that Peters is sidelined after suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon while working out in Texas. He will undergo surgery on Tuesday and while coach Andy Reid would not speculate on a timeline in comments released by the club, it’s certainly possible Peters will miss the entire season.
At the minimum, the Eagles will probably have to look at some left tackles on the market, players that will come with some injury baggage most likely.
