yes this is insanely early but i felt like season predictions would be good to start here as far as players

Shocker! We all knew this once Colt went down. Haskins was NEVER going to start for Jay. This way Jay has an "out" card to buy another year. Plus, he never let Haskins play with the 1's and I'm sure it was due to the fact that he is a lame duck coach needing an "excuse" card for what will be his teams poor performance over the first 4-5 weeks. This is simply my take on how I see this unfolding as the season begins. It has the appearance of a dumpster fire that has yet to begin.

i dont buy anything other then he feels case gives them the best chance to win now . dont rush the kid just give him time

I'll be surprised if Gruden buys himself another year no matter who he starts at QB or at any other position. He is at the very top of the list to be the first head coach to be fired in 2019 with Shurmur, Patricia, O'Brien, and Quinn all getting high odds to join him in this category.

I agree with you that Gruden doesn't deserve to be fired right now and so does the top brass in the Skins organization which is why he is still our head coach.

However, do you think he will still be our head coach after Week 8 since that's when the first head coach was fired last season? My answer to this question is 'maybe' since some organizations give a longer leash to some head coaches than others do.

A question to all Skins fans except dad and dean, who seem to be living in dreamland:

Do any of you think we will be better than 1-4 after our first five games?

If so, please tell me why since I think I live in the real world.

Please don't use words like 'we have potential' because 32 teams have potential to do something miraculous, just give me some solid reasons that we will be better than 1-4.
