The overhaul that you guys are looking for will happen like this. Every player will return relatively healthy or in the case of A. Smith recovering as he collects 22 millions reasons why he shouldn't hurry back. You guys will begin to build hope for better things because of that health and once more our average guys will have average results and yet more injuries to blame for their lack of success. Welcome to our rebuild!
