Most hilarious sequence of events I've seen in a long time, F the push tush and god I love Luvu :pound:

Yeah, I have a major issue with that warning. When the offense doesn’t go on one, then you can’t call the penalty on purpose. You as a defensive player are reacting to the snap count, like the offense wants you to.

I thought I'd be crushed but I'm excited.

We need one, maybe two DEs. Sweat didn't do much this year, but when he was here he was so good against the run. We need an edge that can shut down the run and if we can find one, an edge that requires a double team.

WR2....Brown didn't show me enough and Terry is a 1 but would be elite with a Higgins on the other side. Wouldn't hurt my feelings if we doubled up and drafted a speedy slot as well.

I think I'm good at TE.

Right tackle obviously or maybe sign Stanley and kick Coleman inside or to RT. We need at least one tackle. I could see AP giving Coleman another year to grow at LT and going RT early in the draft.

Hopefully they can bring Mariota back.

Judkins/Henderson, SMU has a kid that can fly......point being we need a quick twitch back. Doesn’t have to be one of those three.

Interested to see what AP does with Allen. That decision could shape our draft.

DJ Reed and kick Sainristil back inside.

Draft a K in the 7th, but bring Gonzo and Seibert to camp.

Probably going to have to sign a stop gap at G to hold the fort down for Cosmi until around October.

KEEP KLIFF!

Why are we so critical of Lattimore against AJ Brown? He's the most physical WR in the league, he's not the guy you ever shut down. You can't ask Lattimore to stop AJ on 4th and 1 and give Hurts enough time to throw a lob. Guys we did great with the patch work squad we put on the field, Philly is arguably the BEST team in the NFL....please hold your head high, especially if you predicted 6 wins

Washington is going to be a FA destination. We won't have to overpay to get FA's here. we need a lot of help in skill and D-line. going to be a very interesting off-season

A guy like Maxx Crosby or Myles Garrett would solve a lot of issues.

It was a magical season that unfortunately ended badly.

The good news is that this season has been a massive step forward, not lateral or back

We have a front office, coaching staff, and QB.

We can feel confident that AP will make our team better.

We wont have to go into next season hoping we find a solution at qb.

Free agents will definitely want to play for washington, and fan interest will be high.

We can focus on establishing a culture of winning like a good franchise - one we used to be - instead of simply winning.

The future is bright.

He PIed the shit outta Smith in the end zone n they could've called him on the TE in the end zone. He's handsy n grabby as hell, he's also mouthy as fuck. He's BSJ part deux with a mouth. That's a bad combination

There was also all the talk about him shutting Evans down. Instead Evans eight him up 7 tàrgets/7 rec 93 yd n a TD.

I'm not saying cut him, but I hope he's better than what he's shown thus far.

Definitely not impressed with Lattimore.

Not impressed with the officiating either, today, but the shitty calls were hardly the reason we lost.

He needs to work on his technique and I'm sure that will come in training camp. Any time that you see a smaller guy on a bigger one the bigger guy wants contact for the physical advantages, sound technique takes that away from him.

So a guy who was traded mid season with a bad hamstring, who has struggled this year with 2 of the most talented, physically imposing receivers is BSJ part deux?
How did he play in Detroit? How many fumbles did he have today?
Anyone thinking he'd be Patrick Surtain off the rip is expecting too much. Let's see how he does next year with a better pass rush in place.

I am not seeing palpably unfair. I am seeing an offense trying to draw a defensive player offsides…it worked. That is part of the game.

I agree. If they’re going to say that they can’t make a rule against the tush push because Philadelphia earned it by drafting great offensive linemen and developing the play very well, then you need to allow defenses to try to counter it. Obviously, they can’t counter it by being offsides, but they have to have some leeway. And I do believe leeway can be multiple plays.

The argument at the goal line would be that going inches forward when you’re that close anyway you might as well keep on trying to jump either to get the offense to accidentally move or the referee to not catch it in you for a fumble or stop a play. So I could see the paranoia that a defense could purposely keep on jumping off sides and hope to not get caught and disrupt the play or to really catch perfect timing. Whereas in other plays, you don’t risk trying to get perfect timing because then you’re just giving a first down.

“Ball is life” and the Redskins didn’t protect it today. Was a helluva season and hopefully the least talented team JD will have to play with from now on.

I think I’d just have my d line jump straight up with cleats in the o lines back lol. Make them pay
