I'm going Eagles 38-33. I'm worried about Rivers, especially with Fletcher out, but I think the Eagles offense rises to the occasion. I'm saying .another 150 yard game for McCoy.

This thing wont be close. So stoked after getting to watch Oregon on Saturday, I get to turn around and watching Oregon play Sunday morning!!!!

Eagles 24---- Chargers 20. Vick needs to be turnover free. I will be watching the O line to see if they can continue to open holes for the run. Week 2 will tell us more. The Chargers will be the 1st team to
see fims of Eagles offense,so it will be interesting on how they prepare.

Vick needs to learn to protect himself. He wont be the Eagles QB next year.

and that's because theres almost zero talent on Defense

Vick might be flashy and capable of the big play, but more often than not, he stalls drives because he still can't read defenses and he is terribly inaccurate

case in point, DeSean blows by defender and has an easy 6, and Vicks throw is horribly out of bounds

Eagles will still win this game. Chargers don't play in the second half.

But extreme work needed on D. And Vick isn't all that great.

McCoy is the saving grace for the offense. Vick plays poorly under pressure. Eagles defense is good on forcing turnovers,but otherwise weak. Rivers is having a field day,and probably will continue. New forecast---Chargers 37---Eagles 23.

We are lucky this game is as close as it is. Hopefully, they come out at 2nd half and regroup, and get things rolling. Vick is inconsistent, but it definitely isn't his fault we are losing, although he does halt drives..... This defense is pretty bad, and they saved their own asses twice with them forced fumbles.

We--the Chargers--aren't going to set the league on fire this year, but it is certainly nice to see a competitive team again. What a difference decent head coaching makes. We can win the game, but it is certainly going to be close.

defense is embarrassing. This team won't be contenders for atleast another year or 2. I'd almost rather see them finish with 4-6 wins again, so they can stock up on a lot of defensive talent

If we can hold the Eagles to an FG...we are in good shape. But I have a feeling that Vick is going to go down field a couple of times in this upcoming series. The Eagle WRs have been carving up our secondary this half.
