Another year where every game has to be a claw scratch dogfight just to win

Wentz just isn’t the guy imo. The more he plays the more I see Philip rivers. Matt Ryan. Andy dalton then I do Tom Brady Brees or Rodgers. They need to run the ball more. I’d also like to know why Jeffrey isn’t playing. Once again it’s like a dream team scenario all over again. On paper they have talent but they never play up to it or they are always hurt.

What....the fuck....was that? I can’t remember a stranger half in a while.

I think losing the starting receivers, combined with getting dinged up, is a lot of what is showing in Wentz there. Yes, he was sloppy to start and before injuries. But bringing in guys he has not worked with much in practice doesn’t help fix that. Neither does taking a rib shot.

Defense....about as expected. Doing some things well...but where they suck they really suck. Been lucky that it’s only a four point game.

Adjustment time. Get the running committee going. Leverage that offensive line. Set some momentum to the second half and then mix in some passing and hopefully it goes.

What adjustments can the defense do? There is only one adjustment, and it’s not on the coaches, and it won’t help tonight. It’s on Howie.

Defense has hardly been the issue. They allowed one TD. They were on the field a lot too as this offense continues to be trash

Decision to only carry two TE's is looming large in this game.

I would sit Wentz for the rest of this game. I would not risk a big injury in a game they just are not with it. He has none of his big targets, exception of Ertz. This defense is getting worn out.
