Is Foot back?
I think if I read that correctly, it was a first coming from Bandit to Tommy's Boys--- which I'm shocked in multiple ways..Bandit rarely deals his #1's, usually collects them like bowling trophies, and I don't think that team which Robo is running now has had a #1 for years

Robo needs to rebuild a team he took over that had no first round picks. Brady is great but a expiring asset better suited for a contending team. Sanders is a non factor with a coaching staff ignoring using the RB Corp completely so makes sense to move him if you can. Trading Diontae Johnson is a bit puzzling but him being a 49er fan getting Lance and Aiyuk plus a first fit his rebuild plan obviously. Others may question how good/ valuable those 49er players are but I’m sure he loved getting them.

I'm very, very happy to get Lance. First time playing dynasty, so to get the Niners QB of the future is very exciting. I didn't think I had a chance to get him because Bandit already has the great and young Herbert, so I figured that he didn't even need Brady. He's got great RB's and WR's, too, so I wasn't confident that I had the pieces to get this done. I do love Diontae, but I was willing to pay the price for the QB that I've wanted ever since I took over this team two months ago.

And yes, getting a couple young promising players in Curtis Samuel and Aiyuk, and getting back into the first round of the draft, are pleasing as well.

We've actually traded more of them than you think. Last year we had 4 at one point but traded one as a part of the Antonio Gibson deal and another as a part of the Diggs deal, then used our 2 picks on Pitts and Lance. Honestly this was a no-brainer on our part only because Herbert is so young so even though we both love Lance (we just traded for him in Old School) having another option at quarterback along with a much better 4th running back (Miles Sanders) and a much better 3rd or 4th wide receiver (Diontae Johnson) so the addition of the depth in this league was well worth it. At the very least we won't have to worry about putting up a 49 point week with the depth we have now. Our entire roster is still under 30 except for Brady and we still have 3 more 1sts next year to get another young quarterback. And I can't tell you how many trade offers we sent in the pre-season that was a 1st rounder straight up for a team defense and were denied but it was more than one :)

Ha, well, you know how things get cloudy...the times you seemingly had half the first round stick out more than the rest :)

The weekly summery is going to be delayed this week. I just got home to my granddaughter telling me that I have been drafted to help her with her birthday legos.
I'd say that's a more than acceptable cause for delay. Enjoy those Legos and that granddaughter!!

Fuzzypower made a deal with OBX. He's collecting all the young QB's and we like old guys. .... We send Z. Wilson for C. Wentz

I'm starting Mike White this week. The power in this league has obviously shifted with this move. LOL.

With Tom Brady gone, I probably should change my team name. Thinking of Toney, Tony, Tonyan because I have Kadarius Toney, Tony Jones, Jr. and the next George Kittle, Robert Tonyan.

Good thing you dont have Chubb

Obviously, I jinxed Tonyan. And Tony Jones, Jr. was already on IR. Obviously, I should take out some life insurance on Kadarius Toney.

New fantasy league idea, The Fantasy insurance league. For only $20 a week per player you are guaranteed that player’s avg fantasy points prior to injury. All proceeds go to the prize fund.
