Carries over, took me a long time to get to #1, and I've been there a while now. I'll gladly use it if I ever come across something I feel I have to have. Just haven't lately.

But yes, people shuffle around every week, just not very often at the top

This is the worst bye week I can remember across all of my leagues. I've had to fill at least 3 spots on every fantasy team I have. It's brutal.

So I just noticed that we didn't get D'Earnest Johnson when we put in a claim for him, yet didn't move up in the waiver wire order which didn't make any sense. But when I looked at the league rules, it says:

• Rotate Waiver Wire Claim Order After Each Claim: No

So that would explain why we've been 11th all year. Not sure what we can do about this, but it sucks that we've missed out at least moving up in the order when not putting in a claim each week.

Well, that sucks - holding claims to move up or not move down just went out the window. ....

I don't know what the best solution is because it's apparently been like that the whole year. I just figured every week that the guys lower than me were the ones putting in claims and that's why I wasn't moving up. Should have paid better attention to it.
