Hopefully Curry and Thompson step up. The thing with Durant on the floor is all those ISO looks that they draw up for him. They're all a no-brainer and it isn't some stupid LeBron James ISO where he's holding the ball for 20 seconds before he decides what to do but it's still different than how it was before he arrived. When they won the first title, on offense you were either putting the ball down on the floor or you were giving it up with zero standing around. But that was a long time ago with a lot of young and hungry players and a deeper bench.

Not true. I just got confirmation that KD will, in fact, miss the rest of pivotal series with Rockets. I've also learned that his "injury" coincided with rumors that he is leaving the Warriors. More breaking news to follow.

I agree. My connections are telling me that Warriors will have a very steep uphill battle without KD. It's looking like his days in Oakland are nearing an end.

The Warriors are between a rock and a hard place. Exhausted, down 40% of their starting 5 and have to win one more game. They are faced with a choice of trying to win tonight and then rest up or tanking tonight to rest up for an all or nothing game 8 at home. I’m thinking they may go for the latter option especially if they get down early tonight. They might not want to waste what little they have left in a futile attempt to win tonight and risk having nothing left in game 7
