They have a bunch of injuries too I've read! I just hope for no major injuries from this game!

I'm so much into MLB right now that I haven't had a chance to look into college football or the NFL much yet. The thing is, Alabama, just like Clemson, has a lot of depth with players that could be starting for most teams. You're right in hoping for no major injuries for Duke in the Alabama game because you want your team as healthy as possible when the ACC schedule begins. I'm hoping the same thing for you and Duke.

Ahead of the season opener against No. 2 Alabama, the Blue Devil Football program just receive some bad news on the injury front as senior captain Koby Quansah will be out of action indefinitely.

The 6-foot-1, 230 pound Manchester, Connecticut native was slotted in as the team's starting middle linebacker and had recently been named a team captain by head coach David Cutcliffe.

On Thursday, however, Quansah suffered a fractured right thumb during the team's practice and underwent surgery on Friday. The corrective procedure was performed by Dr. David Ruch.
