A year later some celebrity lawyer (daughter of Gloria Allred, look her up) gets a hold of it and files a civil case shaking him down for $, for 'emotional distress' because he's so hurt he can't sleep (yes he's claiming that).

It's a shakedown, and Dray will settle and write the guy a check for $250K or so and it all goes away.

That's all this is. Dray is a target because he's known to have a temper. I'm surprised no one has tried this with Boogie yet.
