2 Guards we could take Samia or Jordan
My bad Dean. 131 is a 4th.We didnt have a 4th. Not sure I like passing on talent to get pick 131.
we got 2 4ths for the 3rd rounder.
Project players in any case from here on out.
actually still some talented players left
Which is why it is a smart move to get as many of them as you can. The greater the number, they better the chance of finding one (or two) that can contribute and maybe even start in the near future. Trading a 3rd for 2 4ths is a good move, especially in this draft so void in obvious talent at many positions.Agreed. But the reality is if you are drafting a guy in the 4th -7th round and expecting to find a starter, then you are already saying your roster sux.
Most day 3 guys are players you think are talented enough to use a pick on, but should be shocked instead of hopeful that one turns out to be a day one starter.

I want Anthony Nelson 6,7 280 De Iowa in the 4th rd or get a bama guy buggs, Thompson, Wilson
No you take BPA rest of the way and that's the deWe don't have a starting FS or LG and you want a DE? The dline is fine with Allen, Payne, Ionman, Settle, and Brantley.
The 4th rounds picks should be FS, LG, or WR.

Great point! You balance BPA against what actually has a shot at making roster. Not sure if there is room on the 53 for another D-lineman at the moment. Especially since w will be carrying 3 QBs and going a little heavy at RB at least early on.
Hakeem Butler gone to Cardinals
