This pick hurts, Yes he is a great CB but our backend is loaded with young players that just need time and our front end on the defense mostly DT is not so hot.

Well the Hawks should have one of the best backends in football, i said should not will.

Agreed, however it doesn't matter how good your secondary is if your pass rush is nonexistent.

yeah I feel the same but that car racing thing soured me on him at 5. Hell he was at one time listed as the best prospect in this draft and it wasn't close. He dropped down to like 6th best just because he was stupid. This is a great learning experience for him and I hope he learns from it. Eagles are just NASTY! Their Defense was all ready good. Their weakness was the 120 yards per game rushing they gave up. Carter really helps there.

I'm still processing the selection. I would've taken Jalen Carter. If not Carter, Tyree Wilson, or traded down.

That being said, you're still getting arguably the best CB in the draft. But is that worth selecting at #5 unless it's someone like Sauce Gardner? I don't know.

FWIW I would've taken Carter, but I do think there are some really good defensive linemen prospects to be had in the late first and second rounds. Mazi Smith is a guy I like a lot in the second round.

Fuckin' serious!? We have to address a STARTING NT, ILB, ILB (yes two), 3-4 DE STARTER, 3-4/4-3 1 TECH STARTER, Center, backup Guard, backup RB, starting WR slot, and basically every fucking thing else on the team OTHER THAN CB... when Bryant played great last year after we put him in a slot OUT OF PLACE position and he played great.

You're out of your mind boogie. This was one of the stupidest top 5 picks in NFL history. F GRADE.
