You should. Rome Odunze is a 3rd round draft pick without Penix. UW was shit before he got there and all of the guys who are getting or got drafted were there

You think it's a qb that makes receivers look better than they are? Lol.. interesting theory.

I read a draftnik analysis that showed that Penix was repeatedly bailed out by those Washington receivers, who caught a lot of contested passes and also a lot of throws that were not perfectly accurate. He can throw a pretty ball sometimes, with great placement, but his placement was sometimes off and guys like Odunze and Macmillan made the play anyway.

This is one non-draftnik, non cfb fan who watched him play a couple of times and was not all that impressed fwiw.

@Shanemansj13 didn't you select that DT from OSU in the mock draft we were in or mention taking him in the off topic thread?

Think his name was Hall...

Eh I guess Mac wanted Knight... had to take someone. I didn't have in on my board at all.

Thinking about putting this on mute.

A bunch of people announcing picks that you can barely understand.

NFL went too far with going international imo. Not as annoying as last night though. Some of those guys were awkward as hell and took way too long to make the announcement.

What a misleading thread title.

I thought it was about draft beer.

Still no team took Tampa. Huh...
Wouldn't mind KC kicking the tires. Tanner McLachlan might be good, too, as there has been a TE run

It makes perfect sense if you translate what he says into stupid.

He does that on the PF a lot too.. posting the literal opposite of reality. I don't think I've ever heard of a QB bailing out a WR with a pass but the opposite is a routine occurrence.

Wow
Punter in the 4th.
Yeah, as a Bears fan, kinda scratching my head, but I want to be fair and see how this plays out. Apparently he has a pretty good reputation for his talent and make no mistake about it, our current punter is way below average.

if he becomes Ray Guy :thumb:
& the Bears probably will be doing a lot of punter this coming season.

It just always peaks my interests when I see a kicker or punter go before the 6th rd.

Best punter in college. He was a game changer for Iowa.

Still some really solid prospects getting picked right now. A punter this early is kinda nuts
