I am watching NFL Network and they had a correspondent in St Louis talking with Fisher. Fisher let it slip that they are getting more action at 13 than at 2. If Bortles and Manziel get through the first 8-10 picks, the Rams stand to gain a trade down and additional picks because all hades is going to break.
