Great news for Carson Ragsdale. He is 5th in the minors with 90 strikeouts. He also has faced an uphill battle after missing much of the past 2 seasons due to injury.

I was about to bag on Turner Hill getting promoted but his bat has heated up of late in Eugene and, well, no one is hitting in Richmond. So I guess that makes sense that he was promoted.
