Don't mess with Bum

Billy Hayes the new first base coach this year for the Giants tells a funny story about Bum warming up in the bullpen last year in KC for Game 7 and there was a couple of guys that had a pretty good heat on going that were ripping him hard out there. Well the bullpen gate opened and Bum started to stride into the game and Hayes walked under the overhang not to get drenched and just before looked up at those dudes and told them "You did it now you just pissed him off." 5 innings later and another WS in the books Bum did his thing and the Giants had another ring on their hands. I want to thank those meat heads for pissing Bum off. Funny stuff.
