Even if Simpson and Collins are innocent, the vast majority of criminal problems on the Bengals are MB's fault...

he's too cheap to pay for a scouting dept or hire a real GM, so the Bengals have a philosophy of signing and/or drafting player with atheletic talent who also have major character issues... also gets them FA on the cheap...


if it's an isolated issue blame the player... if it's a team wide problem blame ownership. it's not a coincedence that these things keep happening here...

with that said I'll give Simpson and Collins the benefit of the doubt until more info is available. but Mike Brown gets no benefit of the doubt for how he runs his team
