Don and his band of thieves need to get rid of charging first, before they can get rid of fighting, since the NHLOA hasn't done a damn thing about that issue for a very long time. That is first and foremost the leading cause of major injuries and conclusions throughout the league. And, to make these less likely in the future, at least make that infraction a 5-minute major. If anyone has learned the effects of momentum from even the simplest and lowest level physics class, one would be able to conclude the damage that can be caused by a player getting up significant speed to crush a player who is either stopped or heading toward the oncoming player. If this isn't addressed before long, even you favorite player's career could end in a heart beat.
