gronk is one that you hate vs him but would love him on your team . gronk does get away with a little push off on some of his cuts . i would say billycheat makes gronk more than brady because he is the master mind of it all ( except deflategate lmao per pats fans ) . some other coaches would just have gronk blocking . gronk is the type you could pay him a dollar or a 100 million either way you will get the best out of him . brady looks lost without gronk only thing i have seen slow gronk down is to have your best corner on him . gronk will still get some catches just not as many .

I think they all do that. His push-offs are pretty clean for push-offs. He needs to sharpen that technique.

One problem with Gronk is that because he's such a beast to take down, it's likely the refs will excuse him getting beat up more than normal

That's said I think Gronk may be the best TE ever. And that includes the first TE I was fortunate enough to watch, John Mackey!

The one I remember here in NE was Ben Coates, the guy was a beast. When teams started to double and triple him, opening other guys, he wasn't happy, not getting the tosses

It's hard to separate one from the other. Also, as someone mentioned coaching and game planning has it's equal share.

Belichick knows how to use them, Brady and Gronk know how to execute that game plan as a team.

Amendola and Gaffney both go contracdty to the whole brady makes every WR better.

In fact, even Caldwell really just had more volume, his ypc was almost the same as his career. But he was being blocked by better plays in SD.

And givens....well we'll never know cause he suffered a career ending injury like 1/4 of the season through his first year with the Titans.
