Counsel the Manager said he did that and it was all planned to get the Dodgers to set their line up against Miley and then switch up pitchers so the Dodger line up did not match as well with the pitcher replacing Miley. There was full intention to start Miley tonight

Yes, he has...but I believe he has a luxury of hitting behind somebody they've been very careful with... but if you watched tonight, even after his hits he's been amped up, but the crowd isn't going nuts after his hits...
