In order to do so, the Patriots will have to pay for two starting QBs starting in 2019, which Brady is already signed for and fully intends to play (if not beyond). That would mean dumping some sizable salary to fit both in.

This is a very tough call. If the FO even thinks TB will play in 19 they have to trade Jimmy. Then worst case hope Brisset can handle the keys to the car? This would BB like. As teams design their defenses for tge current NE offense. BB shifts into a total different look with a mobile QB like Brisset.
I liked what I saw out of Brissett. He also seems to be fully involved in everything going on. I wouldn't hate having JB as the back up and in an emergency the starter. Regardless who replaces TB12 there will be a drop off.
Get some picks for Jimmy G get a potential game changer or two, and or trade for future/additional picks.
Go all in for these last year/s of the TB Patriots.

my opinion: Jimmy not only can play, but he has star potential. hes calm, collected, has great presence in the huddle, and has an NFL arm. he doesnt seem to get flustered much.

Probably had more to do with his wife not getting "her" HGH prescriptions anymore. A lot of players have big drop offs after being caught or investigated for PEDs (Hell look at the before and after of Haloti Ngata)

I'm not banking on it. Niether is he from what he's said. He thinks he can play till 45. I'm hoping for 2 or 3 more good years
