Do PAC teams just look smaller?

Seriously. Just sitting here watching this Oregon vs. Colorado game and each team size wise doesn’t measure up with what I see in other P5 teams. But that’s not too much uncommon when I think of PAC teams. So wanted to hear your all’s perception?
