The Dolphins have allowed 108 receiving yards on 12 catches and a receiving score to a pass-catching running back in each of two games since their coaching change.

The Raiders haven't allowed a score on the ground to a running back in four straight, giving up an average of 3.33 yards per carry in that span.

Based on these tidbits, Dion Lewis seems like the one to start. He's well rested having been given last week off. Chris Ivory hurt his hammy last week but has been solid all year. I'm actually leaning toward Lewis tonight. Good idea?

I think this is one where you'd win either way. I like em both.

I would go with Lewis, simply becuase I think the Pats are going to score more than the Jets, but I think both are good for about 13-15 points

They are both risky for different reasons. I think Lewis has a good game and I think you have to start him because he is playing Thursday. You don't have the luxury of waiting to see the latest updates on Ivory's health before making the call. If Ivory were 100%, I would take him, but he is not.

His injury is a worry. He didn't look like himself after the first possession when he tweaked the hammy. He practiced fully yesterday though.

Dion getting the start. Thanks for the response.

Yes, I was at CBS as well and remember all of you from the CBS days. I read more than I post but figured Treff and tlance were always there for a good response. Sure enough, Dion Lewis exceeded expectations. :suds:
