It sucks that he failed another test. Doesn't suck that it happened before they consumated a trade. Jordan for a late round pick would have been a heck of a deal. Even if they had completed the trade, it would be kind of nice to hold his rights at the cost of a late round pick.

Also that would have been a pick next year and since he wouldn't play probably would have been the lower pick.

He's a juicer that couldn't get a good masking agent. Great in college sucked in the pros. One tests and one doesn't.

Can someone explain what a diluted sample is?

It means he drank too much water shortly before the test. His parts per mg count came back lower than the threshold for a failed test.

But it doesn't matter because these tests are sacred and thou shalt not attempt to win against the great and powerful tests.

I don't know how exactly it's tested in this case, but if the pee is too clear they just call it diluted. He may have only needed to add a few more B vitamins to his system that day and then he'd be free to play football.

It concerns me that Chip wanted a guy he supposedly knows and of course he's a Duck yet Chip doesn't know his own former player. Chip needs to get it together before he screws up big. Just don't feel 100% about him.

This is the thought I had

I don't have a problem with Chip going out and wanting to get a player he feels is going to help the team. And we can argue about the various trades being bandied about for him.

But the scary thought for me is that if the reports were true and a possible deal was done for Jordan but the Dolphins turned it down what kind of research team does Chip have?

You would think Chip and the Eagles would know about any possible issues that a player might have that would possibly prevent that player from playing for any amount of time - especially if that player has a history of issues

Chip needs to hire the NSA
