Haa!! As soon as I click away, all is forgotten! I see absolutely no need to create a grudge with someone over the internet. The nicest people I know can become raging assholes when they get behind the wheel because there is a level of anonymity and protection. The internet does that to people as well.

but get this, man.....possible sleep apnea (have not done the sleep study yet), low testosterone (rubbing this gel on my shoulders every night before getting the injection), and prediabetic.....

I go to sleep for what feels like 6-8 hours of sleep and wake up.....within an hour I am wondering if I slept at all the night before.....on my 3rd 16oz mug of Keurig Columbian coffee....doesn't really help but I keep hoping it will.....LOL.

I feel your pain.....

I may need the Apnea test.
I did a high fat no sugar diet for 6 weeks and slept better than I have in years. It is super good for prediabetic and insulin resistance as well. Also, taking a good Magnesium Glycinate daily is super good for sleeping as well as overall health too. I'm just not great with taking a pill daily. I forget. Then I don't sleep.

I have sleep apnea. I had it for 10 years before I got tested. I was afraid to get diagnosed or I would not be able to deploy.
When I got tested, I had a bad case. My CPAP let me sleep for the 1st time in many years. Don't touch my CPAP - I like sleeping good!

I worked with a guy from Connecticut, I called him Bo because he couldn't build a form straight. They all had a Bow to them. He was actually a fine carpenter, but he was a finish carpenter, not a form carpenter so he was way more meticulous than he needed to be. First time I called him Bo it ate him up and made him start rechecking everything for straightness.

Anyway, one day he said something smartass to me and I replied with "Did your mother have any kids that lived?"
