And the entire post explains why I said what I said. You isolating a portion of post to make a point makes little sense to me. In a nut shell what I implied, which I thought was obvious. If I person I know to some degree and as far as I know has no tarnished past tells me he shook a bag of sugar on the ground I am going to assume it's a bag of sugar. If a person I don't really know but has a tarnished past is accused of dumping a bag of cocaine on the ground I will likely assume it's a bag of cocaine. The answer you seek is in the portion of the original quote you chose to ignore.

Diggs has never been in the news short of his Gimme the Damn Ball antics. But now this video comes out. You would think a vet like Diggs would know better than allow someone to film him with something illegal like coke or coke/ecstasy or anything like that. If it is pot, as happychuck eluded too, maybe not so much in MA, but it's still illegal in FL. So why? Was it a set up? Someone trying to ruin the closing years of his career? Someone trying to sabotage the Patriots return to greatness? Pay off a bimbo to record a low quality yet incriminating video? maybe not even an ex lover but even a click bait site owner.

Ahh okay not sure why I assumed Richmond. I am unfamiliar with 87 and 287 that is off my path. This year I took 26 W in SC to 77N which connects directly to 81N then 84 at Wilkes Barre. Much better drive than 95 all the way to Richmond then 64 W
