Dozier wife on the air today with Dick and Bert.

He should get in for snagging her alone.

I suffer enough going November through February without any baseball, so yes I watch the All Star Game. I keep score too.

Last year my son was born the night of the All Star game. I took screen shots of different websites to show what was going on the day he was born. I guess it's the modern version of buying a newspaper from that day. But dammit, Jeter was on the front of ESPN.com.

I actually always enjoy the mlb all star game most out of the major sports, even before it counted towards home field advantage. The players actually try. Compare that to the NBA or NFL.

Anyway, I'm not really seeing how A-Rod is a "huge snub". He's having a great age 39 season (especially coming off several injuries and a year long suspension in 2014), but his numbers aren't that great coming from a DH. .276/.382/.498, 142 OPS+. Especially when you already have a DH (Fielder) that's batted .345/.411/.523 (156 OPS+) on the season.

It's just hilarious to see Yankees fans get up in arms over it after bashing him for years.

Fuck A-Rod. He & Braun should be left off of every All-star team the rest of their careers.

I don't like Rodriguez, but I think he's head and shoulders better than Braun. I think Braun's the biggest shit heel of the PED users. Fuck that guy.

This.

Also, where's the outrage over Grandal, Peralta, and Cruz making the ASG?

I don't hate juicers, generally speaking.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like the game to be rid of PEDs, but it's likely never going to happen. I believe that somewhere north of 70% of the players are still juicing, so I don't really begrudge them until they do something fucked like hold a press conference to publicly bash a piss collector.
