It's a shame Max could not get his ERA under 3 this game.. I always notice Max will throw a meatball every once in awhile that inflates his ERA overall.. It should be mid 2s, but thanks to his tendency to give up a gopher ball every once in awhile he is smack dab on 3..

Nick needs another year in AAA and then we'll know if DD made the move. Little Miggy looks awesome but we needed Jose at SS. Jhonny in left field for the playoffs? Yes. Dirks can ride the pine and 2E, well, u fill in what he do with him.

that is because he is a rookie. JL disdains young players. Unless the situation is forced upon, like last season when DD DFA'd kelly and brought up garcia on the last day of August. You have to wonder if Trout would still be in AAA if he was in the Tigers system. Nick should get all starts against left handed pitching in LF. matt T has shown to be what he is a 4A player.

more than likely jhonny is the LF against lefties in the post season and Nick is the left fielder next season, why not give Nick some starts against lefties down the stretch until Jhonny returns. More time in AAA probably will not do any good. Both Nick and Avasail were ready for the bigs mid season. Garcia got traded for SS in a terrific deal. Now either give Nick a shot or use him in a trade. Leaving him in AAA or on the bench doesn't help anybody.
