I am sure the tigers pitching staff didnt like seeing raturd in the outfield either.

Compared to Boesch and Delmon.... RR wasn't that bad of an outfielder really. He's not slow, decent arm, both of his eyes have vision in them. But old Jimmy had to start him at second. Over, and over and over and over and over and over...... And over.

I had no beef with a Boesch, AJax, Raburn outfield. Or a Boesch, AJax, Dirks outfield either. But you stick RyGuy next to Peralta and I get angry, very angry. For months on end.... Ughhhh Leylands a stubborn old coot! But I'll leave Brennan alone so long as Maggs defense doesn't get brought up

Anyone remember the six (plus) month long, daily bashings of Ryan Raburn on the old CBS boards. I remember that many 'fans' claimed (again - on a daily basis) that he was the worst player in baseball. AND, that he and Inge we responsible for every Tiger loss????

Anyone recall that? I seem to remember one poster (someone called buzzer, or muster, mustard?) even created a chant of "Raburn Sucks", that other 'experts' picked up on. That was quality stuff.
