This team isn't bad. They already beat Miami, lost a tough one to Portland, and are up 5 on the second night of B2B in Indy. This may be the team to sneak in and take the 3rd seed out East.

Yes I am. Pretty good game.

Detroit have a pretty good starting lineup when you look at it. It's all about performing. They can take Indy 6 in a serious because Drummon and Monroe can matchup perfectly with West and Hibbert

Brandon Jennings shot selection is awful. He does make those sometimes but that's a terrible shot

Back-to-backs are the devil. The season should start 10 days earlier, thus eliminating back-to-backs and would allow an extra night of rest for the All-Star break.

And Pacers fans were laughing a few weeks ago when Detroit did the same thing to Miami....Who's laughing now?

Back to Backs are fine. It's a part of your job. You know going into the season that you would have 15-18 B2B. Back to Backs separates the men from the children

Link to where I laughed?

And this loss should make a better game against Miami, hopefully, because I figured Miami had the upper hand.

Miami with in 2 of the 1 seed with a great chance to make it 1 on wednesday and Detroit looks like a 3 - 5 seed is what we need to take away from tonight.

Caring about a #1 seed so early in the season is ridiculous. You just don't want to get too far behind. As long as Miami is within 4 games of Indiana for the first 3 months of the yr, they should be fine.

B jennings probably will hold them back cause he barely shoots 40% and his defense is pretty bad

And this is why I call Hibbert overrated. When he face someone that can bang with him he is nothing more than a role player.

Here are his stats from the 2 games with Detroit this year who actually have a big frontcourt.

Game 1 vs DET- 8 points and 10 rebounds

Game 2 vs DET- 6 points and 4 rebounds
