That 3-on-2 that Detroit had very late in the period could have ended the game, but Nyquist passed the puck to Brunner on his left side. A right hand shot who seemed to be caught by surprise, and had little chance to score on that great opportunity, mostly because he was squared up instead of turning slightly to the right for a one-timer. Too because what seemed to be a game changer, urned into nothing more than someone emptying the cartridges from the rifle. Pffft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
