Demaryius Thomas has had as bad of a game as I have seen a WR have.

I was hoping once I made this thread he'd step up and it worked. :)

He made a play when it counted, but had a very bad game - he makes too much money to have bad games - also missed some blocks.

I don't like him saying he knew he was going to be a Bronco weeks before he signed either ..

A couple drops were because of miscommunication with Brock but he still had a few others that he should've caught. He'll rebound next week he always does when he has a bad game.

To me it was more about him just not finishing routes. He was doing the very things that in high school they told us were the worst thing you could do as a receiver such as not coming back to the ball. Thankfully Brock has a rocket arm. IF Manning is in those are picks. He has to be sharper in his routes.

Oz was throwing some bullets last night - that and the cold and change over from the ducks Manning was throwing - could lead to drops, but DT had a very bad game - for sure.

My problem with this narrative is that every other receiver didn't seem to have problems with Oz's bullets compared to what Manning was throwing. I would also say his route running was some of the worst I have seen in a long time from such a prominent player. He just looked really out of it in the game. We've all obviously seen much better from DT so I do think we have to cut him a little slack especially since we did end up winning. My guess is as hard as we are being on him today and will be all week that he is being harder on himself. He will be on the jugs machine and my guess is the coaches will show him his route running or lack there of and will help him to have a much more crisp game this next week.

YES!

He looked like he wasn't giving 100% effort out there. Could be a mental thing not sure. Just hope it helps him going forward. Something he can learn from and watch the film.

I think it was the snow coming down messing with his eyes .. I some times driving in that kind of snow really mess with me following in things.. if true how many snow games are there not many .. Just a bad game is all not the end of the world.. he will make it up I am sure anyone that believed this would be a monster year was joking themselves .. I hope we never have a WR hold out like this again.. Elway tried to tell him .. Even though I really don't blame hold out for this game I do for earlier in the season .

and then to tell the truth might be all there is to it some players are not phased . Sanders is starting to remind me a little bit of Rod Smith in he is willing to do what's best for the team ..

Sanders is best for our team .. You are right Lucas for not being really near as talented as many players Sanders is doing wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than said guys ! With hart !

Damn shame DT does not have a little more fire in there .. I still like DT's coolness in not being phased and making big plays like he did late

I think next year will be Sanders' last year with us, he's gonna demand big money and I doubt we have enough space to pay him and DT big salaries especially with all the defensive guys we have too.

His head doesn't seem right. I wonder if the situation with his mother is effecting him more than we realize. Would explain his poor play the last few weeks.

Whatever it is, hopefully he gets it straightened out soon, because he's one of the top receivers in the NFL when he's on his game.

For all his issues this year, he is still 10th in receiving yards. That's not terrible considering how poor the Broncos passing game has been this year.

He is .. but you have to admit he is playing 1000 times better than he did as a Steeler ..Besides I was pissed not keeping ED I changed my tone after I cooled off in a couple days and said I liked it to replace Wes Welker I was right as rain on this And I will stand on that ! Decker should of been kept I stand by that also ..Welker would of been a brilliant Cut I was right !!!!!!!

Erick Decker in this System was worth what NYJ paid for him !

We paid how damn much for an old over the hill WR and let Decker go .. So for 1 lousy million more we could of had Decker DT and Sanders . I stand buy that thought process !
