Candidates?

Paul Guenther (current LB coach)
Wade Phillips (former Texans DC)
Ray Horton (Browns DC) might become available with new head coach hired

Any other possibilities on the radar? College replacement maybe?

It will most likely be Paul Guenther.

If it is not Paul Guenther, it will be Jim Schwartz. Guenther has been here forever and Schwartz was Lewis's right-hand man when they were both breaking in. Plus, Marvin calls him 'Jimmy' which should provide endless entertainment.

It's not going to be Ray Horton - He's a 3-4 guy and our personnel is already established at playing the 4-3.

It's not going to be Wade Phillips - He and Marvin have no prior history and I don't see any connection.

Not yet, but it seems likely.

Wisenhunt is going to take one of the open jobs. Probably Detroit.

Zimmer is high on both Minny and Tenny's list. I figure he'll get one of those positions.

I've heard that too, I would've thought those teams would hire an offensive minded coach.

I think Minnesota is a horrible position. The next two years they'll be playing in the Gophers outdoor facility while their new digs are being built. And over that time they'll be dealing with a division with three teams that have better rosters. Their best player has to be moving to the back end of his career and they don't have a quarterback. I can easily see the next guy in there failing over those two years and then being canned for a fresh start with the new stadium in two years.

Tennessee is a good position. The owner is loyal and patient.

It will not be wade.

He runs a 3-4 and Marvin does not really care for that defense

You ARE aware that Bud Adams passed away back in October, right? His son-in-law Tommy Smith was named the team's new CEO, who just recently sent Munchak on his way

Well aware.

Just don't expect things to change.
