I was all ready to jump on taking Cunningham for the Ravens. Then the Colts snagged him right in front of me. Like that pick a lot for the Colts especially in Round 2.
You have to do what is right off the field to be on the field.
On the field is the priority but so is the money you throw at people to stay on the field.
That being said... I'm not that surprised at Mixon early in round 2.
For me it's easy. Everyone not in jail can play.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Cunningham go to the Colts (or somewhere in that area) in the first round. Great pick in the 2nd.
I have to go shortly for a dentist appointment. I will try to check in on my phone but may be MIA until 7 eastern.
Also part of my thought process. Wouldn't be surprised to see him go a lot higher tbh. He has a ton of production, plus he looked great at the combine.Reed gets hurt a lot too.
Ouch. Second round has killed his board. Nearly all of his targets for that pick are gone. I figured a handful of them would drop, or other guys would go higher than I have them rated. . . hasn't happened. The more I see how this draft might shape out, the more I hope the Packers are aggressive in the 2nd round and move up like last year.
And another one bites the dust. Not sure what to think of Sidney Jones at the moment. Love the player. Wouldn't mind seeing the Packers take a chance on him after the first round. Achilles injuries are just SO bad for football players. Current surgery and rehab practices are better than ever though. . . so you could get a potential #1 shut down CB for cheap. Packers probably would have looked long and hard at that if he'd fallen a bit more.
Yep. I like the pick. Especially for the Seahawks, whose secondary is not what it once was. It's a good gamble in the late 2nd round for a player that many thought was top 10 before the injury.Seems like a reasonable risk at this point.
