So the rumor is that Ortiz takes these long trips to the DR leaving his wife & kids here.
He is known to hang out at these popular night clubs when he visits. He was outside one of these clubs when he was
shot by one of 2 assailants in an apparent assassination attempt.

The odds are not good that it won't look bad for Ortiz when the reason comes out why he was targeted.

I don't see a lot of people being gun down by a hit team for visiting an orphanage.

i do believe that hitman if not in custody has already pushed up daisies. apparently ortiz was fucking a g/f of a big drug dealer and that was why the hit was put out on him.
