If you shoot someone in the back you're intending to kill them, that bullet has lot's of vital areas it can hit and there is no saving you, not to mention hitting the spine which paralyzes you forever.. Shooting someone in the back is trying to kill them.. You can hit the heart through the back, lungs, Aorta, the list goes on, all can cause death...
