So the guy was aiming right for his liver ? NO, he shot him in the back which can kill you, do some research on human anatomy and how many places a bullet can hit you that can be lethal from the back... Also, people do survive head shots also depending on where the bullet goes... But anytime you're shot, you could die, period... Even getting shot in the leg can kill you if it hits the main artery, Sean Taylor died that way...
