In a summer full of change, Cavs rank as most improved | NBA.com
Beyond Cavs grade, which is obvious, it looks like Bulls/Hornets and Celtics did well. Would have loved a Love move (assuming we kept a defensive big), but to answer his question on Boston making a move now or waiting, post Love, its about waiting.
Hornets really came through. Vonleh fell all the way to nine.
Chris Wallace gets another deserved gig.
Knicks actually had some good things happen.
Perhaps the Spurs should be ranked higher now that Parket got signed.
