Dave Semenko passed away today from Cancer.

This is sad...

I strongly disliked and feared "Sammy" Dave when I played against him. He was super tough and one of the top NHL protectors. He helped give Gretzky much more room on the ice.

I played some old-timers hockey with Dave and really enjoyed my time with him. Dave is one of the funniest guys I've ever met and he is the King of being able to deliver a one liner dig/jab!! A tremendous sense of humor.

The world is a little bit less with him gone today.

God bless Dave and his family today.
