Almost every guy he has drafted has had huge college production. I would say Julius Thomas was the one guy who didn't.

Sorry I should say his early round picks have all been for the most part highly productive. Osweiler is probably the one early pick I would say wasn't a huge college success. The later rounds yes he has taken some chances on guys who are great athletes just not quite yet great football players in the hopes that they will develop.

Osweiler wasn't a "huge" college success but he was pretty darn successful his final year at ASU.
