If Reagor had 73 more contested passes thrown his way that says all you need to know about how much worse of QB play he had to play with.

I'm pretty sure a contested catch is one where the defender is closer where he can CONTEST the catch.

Yeah and Reagor played with the worst QB last year of any of the 1st round WRs. Lots of under throws that Reagor has to slow down into traffic to get and a lot of throws into double coverage just throwing it up hoping Reagor can make something happen. That's just the type of ability Reagor has at WR. He can burn teams deep but you can also throw the ball up in his general area while covered and he is athletically gifted enough to aggressively go up and compete for that ball and win the fight for that ball.


Reagor isn't some slowpoke isn't able to create separation from defenders. I have never seen any scout or analyst or anyone ever before tonight try to claim that Reagor has issues creating separation.

Here's red flags is why lots of fans didn't like the pick.

Reagor had a 47% catch rate which ranked third worst in the entire FBS. He had a drop rate of over 16% which was worst in his class. He has speed but his numbers aren't great.

What rules? Facts are CeeDee caught 19 more passes with less being contested, and Slot recievers often run quick slants, limiting the ability to create separation. As I said you don't have enough information to make you claim.
