Jerry released a statement saying he was just curious and has since asked himself why he didn't do more to help the African American students. Make of that what you will. Since I posted the picture I felt it was only fair to post his response.

I don't buy it based off of other things he's done and said as a grown man, but I was really just taking a dig at the Cowboys in general.

Yeah I especially liked his progressive position of putting Asians in interment camps based on race . Or his continued segregation of the armed forces until his death . Remember IKe ? He sent the national guard in arkansas to enforce desegregation. And had his civil rights bill tabled by LBJ
