You certainly did but you were on a roll so I thought you might have wanted to add even more.

I agree with you so how to we go about finding a quality QB during the offseason who will deliver for us next season?
I think the bigger question at this point is what do we do considering the cap implications if Smith misses at least half a year or god forbid for him and for the team his career is over. The real serious ramifications are going to be to the cap.
We have the ability to win all 5 of the remaining games
Don't think I have seen anyone come back from that kind of injury that played worth a damn if they did come back. Tragic for all involved.

While I don't think that the injury is career ending, I do consider all of the work it's going to take for him function doing menial tasks and that alone gives me reason to believe that although able to return, there's a 70% or greater chance that our QB retires.
Ability is there now is the execution ? We can beat any team we have left on our schedule . In fact the only team I feel we couldn’t touch was the saints . But we have to play good sound footballdad, I have a lot of respect for you by being a lifelong Redskins fan as well as your knowledge about Redskins football from the owner all the way down to the water boy, just like me.
But I've got to tell you, I really think you are stretching it when you say we have the ability to win all 5 of the remaining games with the product that we have to put on the field at this point in the season.
With that said, I will be the first one here to congratulate you if your word ABILITY becomes true and along with that I will be one happy camper!

Sty my friend, I wouldn't dare question your percentages because you make more sense to me than anyone on this site who discusses the Redskins but the way I see it 90%+ would be more accurate even though didn't major in math.
To be honest, I actually considered using the 90% assessment in my post, however, after some thought there are some factors that must be considered which would cause that number to drop. Chief among them are Alex's desire to play again and the competitive hubris that marks professional athletes. Add this, to a contract that guarantees 71 million dollars (94 at full face value) for he and the entire Smith family tells me that he's going to go through the entire rehab process, report to camp, get placed on the PUP list for the 2019 season and at 36 (May 2020) retire. with a medical settlement.
At least that is how I would do things in his position.
