I can't say I'm an expert on either, but while I've mostly been a little disappointed with the restos I've been to in Dallas, I will say Al Biernat's was one of the best steakhouses I've been to. I've never eaten dinner out in Philly (only lunches) and hopefully never will...

I had always thought I heard that Dallas was know for being a diverse City. Were you making this up or basing it on something? Curious as to what you call diverse?

I'm no expert but I Googled it and Wiki tells me that as of the last census the City of Dallas was 28.8% White, Non-Hispanic. The total Hispanic population (of any race) was 42.4%. Are you trying to say there are too many Hispanics in Dallas?

Dallas diverse? Have you ever been their? Asians, African descent etc then go to LA. There are a lot of Mexican Americans that doesn’t make it diverse. I thought you lived in NY. That’s the Mecca of diversity. Phoenix is like Dallas too. That’s why the food culture is mediocre
