I remember being able to buy a case for 9.99, but that was 24 cans. I worked in a convenience store for a few years during college and could get 10% off, so basically 9 bucks a case. The A-B guy who delivered for us said that that part of the country, upstate South Carolina, was one of the top-selling regions for Natural Light, so they kept it slightly cheaper, but when I moved to NY in 96 it was basically the same price up here.

Even better deal is that it was in 2003-2007 since we bought so much they hooked up us. We were buying on avg 120 cases a week.

I didn't do any "heavy" drinking until after college, and even then I was still a lightweight. To this day, the most I can ever remember drinking is about 8 cans/bottles, or 6 pints in the pub once.

And those six pints of half-and-half were the only time I ever got sick enough to throw up. I actually chundered on the 7 Train platform at Woodside, 3 stops from home.

Hard liquor, I can do max 3 drinks and then I'm sloshed.

Oh, I've never in my life puked from only beer. To this day I can do 18 a day and if I drink water before, during and after I'm only mildly hungover the next day.

When I was young, skinny (and devastatingly handsome) I could do 24 out on a boat in the sun not drinking water, take a nap, get up and go right back at it again. Not anymore!

Part of the reason I drank as many that night was because the bartender gave me a couple on the house.
